HITAME Muscle Relief Patch EX is an anti-inflammatory analgesic patch manufactured by Nakajima Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in Japan. Its active ingredient is Loxoprofen Sodium Hydrate, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). After absorption through the skin, it inhibits prostaglandin synthesis, providing analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. It is indicated for pain associated with osteoarthritis, lower back pain, frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis), muscle pain, tenosynovitis, bruises, contusions, and sprains.

Each patch contains:

Loxoprofen Sodium Hydrate 113.4 mg (equivalent to 100 mg anhydrous)

Apply once daily to the affected area.
Peel off the central film, place the medicated side on the affected area, then remove the remaining film on both sides and smooth down.
If the affected area is sweaty, wipe dry before applying.

Contraindicated or use with caution in individuals allergic to this product's ingredients or aspirin, or with a history of asthma.
Do not apply to wounds, eczema, rashes, or mucous membranes.
Continuous use for more than 2 weeks is not recommended. If symptoms do not improve, consult a doctor.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and out of reach of children.
